Welcome to Devalang. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Devalang platform operated by Devaloop Labs, a French sole proprietorship (auto-entreprise) registered in Paris under VAT number FR---. The platform includes the playground, documentation, associated APIs, and any other services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms, use the Services in a harmful manner, or if required by law.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Services stops immediately; however, Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue (including intellectual property, indemnity, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability).

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Paris, France.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
